to numerous leadership foundational principles and
topics. These employees are either currently in an
hourly lead position or are aspiring to do so. The
goal is to develop them as future leaders, and to
allow them to hone their skills while working in their
current roles in the organization.
After each module, we conduct a teach back
session with the participants to give us feedback on
what they have learned and how they can apply it
in their daily work. So far, we have sent 6 people in
wave one and have four people in wave two of the
program.
