WHO WE ARE: An industry-driven regional partnership of community-minded business leaders who
work together with public partners to address workforce and broader competitive needs. These
leaders help define the sector, build the list of industry partners and invite other members to join.
PURPOSE: Since our sector launch in November 2024, manufacturing leaders across North Texas
have united to strengthen and advance our industry. Through strategic collaboration, we are
addressing workforce challenges, aligning with evolving industry needs, and creating new
opportunities for growth and innovation.
